Factory specifications, fluid capacities, torque values, EPA fuel economy and the federal safety record for the 1974 Firebird.
The 1974 Pontiac Firebird stands as a discrete model-year entry within the nameplate’s lineage, distinct from the reliability trajectory documented between 1990 and 2002 when complaint volumes ranged from a low of 10 in 1990 to a high of 95 in 1995. While specific body, platform, and powertrain configurations for this generation are not itemized in the available dataset, the 1974 production date positions the vehicle prior to the model line’s documented surge in reported grievances. This placement indicates the model year resides in an earlier service era that predates the reliability patterns and complaint escalation recorded during the 1990–2002 window.
