P0400 — Egr Flow

P0400 is set when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects an abnormal EGR flow condition, indicating either insufficient, excessive, or erratic exhaust gas recirculation. The malfunction can affect emissions, fuel economy, and driveability, and triggers the Check Engine Light.
