B0076 indicates a fault in the deployment control circuit for the third-row left seat belt pretensioner. The SRS module has detected an open, short, or abnormal resistance in the pyrotechnic firing loop that tightens that seat belt during a crash. This typically turns on the airbag warning light and stores the code until the circuit is repaired.

1. Faulty third-row left seat belt pretensioner

The pyrotechnic squib inside the seat belt retractor or buckle can develop an open or shorted winding, or its resistance can drift out of the acceptable range, causing the SRS module to set B0076.
